Account Deletion

Request deletion of your Ripostel account and associated data.

Last updated: March 4, 2026. This page explains how to request deletion of a Ripostel account and what data is deleted or retained.

How to request deletion

During the current release stage, Ripostel handles account deletion requests through support. To request deletion of your account, send an email to support@mycookingfeed.com with the subject line Ripostel account deletion.

Please include:

  • The email address used for your Ripostel account.
  • A short statement confirming that you want your Ripostel account deleted.
  • Any identifying details needed to locate the account if you used a different sign-in address during testing.

What will be deleted

When we fulfill a valid deletion request, we aim to delete the Ripostel app account and data associated with that account that is stored for the operation of the service, including account profile records, stored app preferences, connected workflow state, and related account-linked data under our control.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, security logging, or enforcing our agreements. If retention is required, the retained data is kept only for the period reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after we can verify the request and identify the account.

Partial data deletion

Ripostel does not currently offer a separate self-service process to delete selected data while keeping the account active. At this stage, deletion requests apply to the account and associated account data.
